About me

Nice to meet you — I’m Natalia.

Natalia Shumskaya, psychologist

I’m a psychologist based in Voronezh. For years I’ve been working with adults who feel anxious, exhausted, or stuck — people who function well on the outside and struggle on the inside.

I came to this profession because I believe therapy should be a place where you’re not judged, not rushed, and not turned into a diagnosis. It’s a structured, safe conversation where you get to understand yourself — and from that understanding, change begins.

Beyond the office

[A short human paragraph about how Natalia recharges — from a real conversation, not invented.]

No judgment

Everything you say stays in the room — without evaluation or “shoulds”.

No pressure

You set the pace and the agenda. We go where it’s hard — only when you’re ready.

No magic promises

Honest, evidence-based work instead of “100% results in five sessions”. Change takes participation — and it works.
